I sent this to a friend, she said I love this product. She can fit it in her backpack and take it to the gym. She does her exercises with it daily. Waking up early in the morning before school and doing these relaxing stretching exercises is awesome. Some exercises I do with it, is I stretch my back side to side, causing it to pop.
