Peppermint Essential Oil
I had heard so much about the wonders of Essential Oils from friends and some family members. Yes, I am new to the essential oil world. I caved in and gave it a shot when I saw this at a discounted price for review purposes. I love that this came in a 4 oz bottle, it's quite the nice size and will last a while. It only takes a few drops in the oil diffuser. We have this set in our living room and yes you can smell it all day long, it's quite amazing. I love that it is 100% natural, when anything is natural it almost always is a plus. One last thing I forgot, this oil is amazing for when you get a headache. You put a couple drops on your forehead or temple to rid the headache. I was skeptical at first, but now I am a believer.

I love that it is 100% natural, when anything is natural it almost always is a plus. You'd be shocked at how well this has helped us sleep at night, I now sleep all through the night!
